Participants are mailed an EBT card, to be used to purchase groceries at approved stores, farmers markets,
and online.
Eligibility
• Residents of Minnesota
• Meet income eligibility or qualify through adjunctive program
Income Limits
Application Requirements
• Social Security Number for all members of the household who have one
• Identification of applicant
• Proof of residency
• Employer and income information for all earners in the household
• Documentation of housing costs
• Documentation of medical costs​
