Housing Loans assist community members with a loan towards a down payment for their first house in the community.

Mortgage brokers should be informed that our fund has thankfully been approved as a down payment assistance program, otherwise known as a Community Second Mortgage.

 

Please note that all loans require a minimum of two eligible co-signers, and allow approximately 30 days for processing.**
